Concrete Cutting
1. Waterjet hydraulic removing tech
UHP hydraulic removing is to use the UHP water (ranging from 100 MPa to 280 MPa) to remove the concrete surface. When the top concrete is polluted or destroyed, UHP water-jet can remove the top concrete and won’t hurt the concrete iron, so that the resource is well used.
Hydraulic removing can reach different effect according to different requirements.

1. Low pressure state: When the pressure is less than 150 MPa, it is used to remove about 25mmm top concrete. The concrete iron won’t be exposed.

2. High pressure state: When the water is pressurized to 280 MPa, it will pierce the top concrete, so that the concrete iron is exposed.

UHP hydraulic removing has the un-comparable advantages:
★ It is more efficient than traditional means.
★ The coarse and irregular surface makes the setting of concrete adherent.
★ It will remove certain thickness concrete.
★ It will re-use the undamaged part, and save the fund.
★ It won’t hurt the concrete iron frame.
★ It won’t bring the surface cracking.
★ No trembling brings harm.
★ It will reduce sound conductivity.
★ It will produce least waste material.
★ It will adopt robot and mechanic method to reduce the labor cost.
3. Moving UHP waterjet cutting tech
Moving UHP tech is to make the system movable. When the abrasive waterjet is up to 280MPa, it can cut off concrete and concrete iron, so that the top concrete can be totally removed.
Movable UHP waterjet cutting system can cut off most materials, which can be used in following fields:
Ø In explosive and fire disaster circumstance

Ø Very think material
Ø Composite material: steel reinforced concrete, CMMR with gastrodermis.
Ø refractory material
Ø It is not allowed to use in the surface hardening and slaggy circumstance.

4. Construction means
There are three operations means according to automatic degree:
Ø Manual cutting gun, which has flexibility and convenience advantages. It is suitable to apply in the narrow occasions. The disadvantages are cutting gun has certain recoil operation force, and the labor intensity is high.
Ø Manual gun without recoil operation force, and the cutting gun is installed in the bracket for manual operation, lest the recoil operation force produced by UHP waterjet has bad impacts on the operators.

Ø The engineering cutting machine or robot controlled by the computer, improves the working efficiency. The disadvantages are that price is very high.

* UHP Intensifier Pump
UHP intensifier pump is the key part of cutting system. UHP intensifier pump can produce UHP water according to different choice and different system parameters. Generally speaking, cleaning application particular esteems flow. When it is applied in cutting, it esteems pressure. Choosing the pressure grade of 280 MPa, flow of 20lpm will meet the requirement of most customers.
5. Our Plan
As it is shown in the picture, manual cutting gun or cutting equipment with movable lead rail, and steel reinforced concrete are adopted. Auto abrasive delivery system makes sure continuous delivery. The cutting gun is held by hand, which can be suitable for plane cutting and stereo cutting. The operation choice is very wide, which can meet the requirement of different cutting needs.
It adopts DTPS16030 UHP system, which can supply UHP water. Max pressure is 280 Mpa, and Max flow is 23L/M. It is movable and can be driven by diesel motor, which has Max maneuverability and flexibility.
